About the Association
Formed in May 1991, the Peter Howell Neighborhood Association serves the residents, property owners and business proprietors within the Speedway to Broadway, Alvernon to Columbus area. Our primary focus is to promote a good quality of life for our members and to address issues that may affect the neighborhood and its well-being.
We have an annual meeting in October and we come together for a number of events through the year, including an annual picnic in the spring to promote having fun with our neighbors.
Our board is elected by the general membership at the annual meeting. We elect officers from the board and watch over neighborhood issues year round. PHNA is registered with the City of Tucson. We appreciate its support.
